Rucien underscored the significance of identifying the necessity for your product or service. He highlighted that many entrepreneurs venture into business without thoroughly researching if there is a demand for their specific offerings. Establishing the need for your product or service is essential for ensuring the long-term success of your business.
2. Embrace continuous learning:
Rucien emphasized the importance of remaining teachable and continuously expanding your knowledge. With the ever-changing market and industry trends, it is crucial for both aspiring and established entrepreneurs to stay updated. By continuously educating yourself, you can provide added value to your clients and remain at the forefront of industry developments.
3. Serve and support:
Rucien stressed the significance of always giving back and supporting others. As you grow and achieve success, it is important to remember to assist those in need. In a time where self-centeredness is prevalent, Rucien encouraged seeking opportunities to serve and support others.

Rucien pointed out that, especially for students, distractions can manifest in the form of friends, parties, streaming services, and social media platforms. Rucien emphasized the importance of growing your network. As you progress in your career, you may require assistance from industry experts or seek connections with professionals. Cultivating and continuously expanding your network is an excellent way to advance your career. Rucien highlighted that, in the year 2023, platforms like LinkedIn offer valuable opportunities to build your network, and he noted that not enough students and young people are actively engaging on the platform.
